When this family called me for senior pictures, I was pretty excited. I photographed their daughter a few years ago and had hoped they would come back for their son! Alexander was down-to-earth and a great kid. He has a great big smile that his mom absolutely adores!
The park was a great place to kick off his session.
We started up above the river at the park, as you can see in the above photos, we then moved down to the river’s edge. He was pretty excited about the “adventure” of climbing over the bridge to go down to the river’s edge. I stayed on the bridge. lol
And, next for my absolute favorites of Alexander! The very first hints of fall were noticeable in this woodsy location. Alexander’s mom chose the PERFECT outfit for this spot. After the woods, we moved on to the tracks. Alexander has always been very interested in trains and the railroad so shooting there was a must!
More photos on the tracks. I love these ones too, especially that brown-tone image. LOVE!
I always love shooting at old buildings where the paint is fading and peeling and things are just a bit dilapidated looking. The textures and character just add sooo much to photos!
By the looks of all those medals, Alexander is a pretty talented runner! Defining who you are by incorporating your high school activities is such a huge part of senior pictures!
It was one of those days where it threated rain the whole time, but we pushed on through and made it through all three hours of photographing at various locations without a hitch! Yeah! Thanks to this wonderful family for choosing to work with me again! It was a pleasure!
