Amanda is one of my gorgeous senior models. Not only is she one of my senior models, she is also our babysitter, and we adore her and her entire family! I knew she would be a lot of fun to have as a senior model and I was right. 🙂 Her and her mom were so much fun throughout all of Amanda’s session. We had one of the most scorching hot days of the entire summer but it didn’t matter… Amanda did amazing and her photos turned out fabulous!
We took all of Amanda’s photos at a private location and started off at the pond. Her pretty, white dress was just perfect! We had to keep her mom away from the water just incase any frogs were around. 😛
I thought the pines and green grass would be pretty for Amanda’s pictures as well, so we spent some time there after grabbing a few pretty shots on the rocks. We couldn’t stick around on the rocks for too long because it was just WAY too hot out there in the open sun. It was quite a bit cooler over by the pines.
Hay Bales? Yep! When you’re born and raised near or in rural areas, hay bales are completely acceptable props! I think these ones of Amanda turned out sooooo cute. I couldn’t resist and had to put her hair in a loose braid for a shot as well- it just seemed so fitting for these!
We changed up Amanda’s lip color to compliment her dress (thanks, Jenn, for letting her borrow an extra gloss!), and found the perfect spot to finish up her session. Her and her mom found this super cute dress specifically for Amanda’s session and I just love how pretty it looked on her. If you know me, you know I’m a HUGE sucker for bright, cheery, popping colors, and contrast, so that orange dress out in all that green…. PERFECTO!
Thanks, Amanda and Donna for being a total blast that day! Even though we all were dripping sweat the entire time, it was so completely worth it! Amanda, you keep being your cool self!
