“We thoroughly enjoyed our photo session with Rebecca. She was patient, detailed, and really integrated our ideas to create something really special! We’re so happy to capture our family at these tender ages of our children!” -Michael and Dorinda
This daddy is one lucky guy to have three beautiful little girls to cherish and love. And I have to say, he and their momma are doing a phenomenal job raising them. I loved each one of them for their unique and sweet personalities. Working with families like this one where everyone (including the littles!) is a joy to work with, truly makes my job great.
Mom and dad were soooo excited to take home some family heirlooms to love for years and years to come. Keep reading to see how we helped them create these memories and display them in their home.
Two outfits per person equals twice the fun, right?! And that jumping photo is hilarious. It was the perfect way to finish off a family portrait session.
Mom still has her family portraits with her parents from when she was a child and she truly cherishes the memories, so getting something for her own girls to grow up with, and have as they move on in life, was so special to her. It was truly an honor to create these beautifully framed pieces for their walls and their forever memories.
We had some extra help from a custom framer I know out of state. I sent him photos of what we might like for the portraits’ frame style and he recommended this absolutely gorgeous custom frame with gold accents for each of the portraits in their wall gallery.
I love the depth of the rich browns in this frame, and the gold accents are just enough to add some luxury and detail without being over the top.
Above are the pieces from their framed wall gallery and below is a stand alone, statement piece which was created as a canvas gallery wrap. A semi-gloss finish was chosen to bring out the vibrancy of the colors without adding a glare to the overall finish. I adore this stunning portrait of these three sisters.
Besides knowing my clients are absolutely thrilled with their portrait art and heirlooms, I have to say my next very favorite thing is seeing the finished art on their walls. Kelly visited their home and took the time to hang every single portrait in the space they had envisioned for them. He went while the girls were in school so that when they got home that day, they would have a big surprise.
Even though these are cell phone photos, and not the best quality, doesn’t their wall art look absolutely beautiful in their home!
